Jessica M. Villegas is an associate attorney at Amaro Baldwin LLP. Her practice is focused on defending civil litigation actions, in the areas of personal injury, worker's compensation, negligence, premises liability, and product liability.
Ms. Villegas earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach, while simultaneously earning her multiple subject teaching credential. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School. During law school, Ms. Villegas also worked as a full-time elementary school teacher. Ms. Villegas formerly practiced educational law at a prestigious local law firm, where she advocated on behalf of students with disabilities across Los Angeles and Orange County. Ms. Villegas has litigated numerous cases for families of children with disabilities, with favorable results.
Ms. Villegas is admitted to practice law in all California State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit. In her free time, Ms. Villegas enjoys reading a good book, running with the family dog, and experiencing new adventures with her family.
